Six weeks of layering evening light until it felt right. This deer painting is now available.
A client came with a specific ask: take a family photograph and create an oil painting that captures not just the likeness, but the warmth and connection between the people in it.
Oil on canvas allowed for a richness and depth that honors the original photograph while transforming it into fine art. The finished piece hangs in their home now.
