Why We Sometimes Say No

Why We Sometimes Say No

This month we turned down two commissions. Both were technically doable, both offered decent money. But something didn't align.

One was a rush job that would have meant compromising our process. The other was a client who wanted to 'just see what happens' without a clear vision—which usually means endless revisions and frustration.

Saying no protects the work. Every 'yes' to something misaligned is a 'no' to something better.
